Lighting monster "Shadon" 2018
Concept
Normally, people understand an object from its surface. I used an abandoned light bulb for my work.
This bulb was thrown away because already finished a role as a light bulb however, I think it was just a single perspective of us.
I made flesh out of my imagination into this skeleton which deconstructed from a lighting bulb shape. I named this restored creature "Shadon". Shadon is a lampshade, but also an unknown creature. Of course, it has a lot of possibilities to change the shape in another form as well.

シェイドン 2018
コンセプト
「照らす」という機能を失った電球は、廃棄される。
この、廃材の電球を型取りし、解体してできあがる生物のような骨格に、想像の肉付けを施し、復元した生物を「シェイドン」と名付ける。
シェイドンは、電球の入れ物であり、未知の生物でもある。そして、また新たにかたちを変える可能性を持っているのである。
廃材に新たな側面を与えるアップサイクル。
